The Scottish Land Commission works with land owners, land managers and communities to help them to create a Scotland where everybody benefits from the ownership, management and use of the nation’s land. They are carrying out a survey to understand what progress has been made in the last few years, and what additional support, guidance or changes might be required to encourage and enable more effective engagement in relation to land use decisions. The survey is open until the end of November.
We want to hear from residents and community organisations across urban and rural Scotland so we can:
- Learn more about how the way land or buildings are managed where you live has an impact on your community
- Know what opportunities you have to influence the decisions made about land in your area
- Hear what type of support might be needed to make engagement more effective.
