Here is some information on the drop-in sessions that the Flood Risk Management Team (FRMT) will be hosting during September. These sessions will provide the public with an opportunity to seek advice and discuss the Plan with the FRMT.

Sessions will take place between 3:00pm and 6:00pm at the following locations and dates:

Monday 6 September Ewart Library, Dumfries
Monday 6 September Newton Stewart Library
Tuesday 7 September Gretna Registration Office
Wednesday 8 September Stranraer Library
Wednesday 8 September Lockerbie Library
Thursday 9 September Kirkconnel Library
Monday 13 September Dalbeattie Library
Wednesday 15 September Kirkcudbright Library

A booking system, offering 30-minute slots, is in operation to allow us to safely and effectively manage these drop-in sessions. Please note that sessions are targeted at members of the public and further engagement opportunities for groups (i.e. Teams online meetings) will be offered once the drop-in sessions have been finalised. Also note that sessions may be cancelled due to limited interest. If a session is cancelled, an alternative engagement option will be offered (i.e. telephone or online meeting appointment with the FRMT).
